How much does Shipping Cost?
As we partner with external shipping provider, your shipping cost will be automatically calculated based on factors that include shipping address, spend on products, and discounts or offers on that product or on that specific period of time.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes upto 5 days to 10 days depending on holidays, difficulty faced by the shipping partner or problems related to the product in case it is customized. In any case we will provide you with details of exact time you will receive your product. In case of delay on our end we will provide you with options to ensure your convenience and ensure best possible service from our end.
Can I expedite my order?
Expediting order will be decided on case by case basis. Depending on the time frame provided by our shipping partner, there may or may not be a possibility of receiving your product faster than stipulated time. In any case, we will work towards getting your product to you on time and we will communicate very clearly about it before we proceed with shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
As of now we do not ship internationally through the website, but we do send our products manually through our channel partners to ensure low shipping costs. In case you are residing abroad, please connect with us and we will process your order manually.
I placed my order, when will I get it?
It takes upto 5 days for you to receive your order. It takes approximately 1-2 days to process ship the order from the moment you place it on the website and 2-5 days for it to reach the destination.
When you place an order we will confirm your address, after successful confirmation, we will process your order and it will be on it’s way to you in approximately 5 days.
Is shipping Free?
As we are an honest business, we display the cost of shipping very clearly while you place the order. We try to keep the costs low so that you get the most benefit and can enjoy our products without getting burning your pocket. In most cases shipping is not free, but we will occasionally provide free shipping for large orders.
Is domestic shipping free?
We ship pan India and the shipping costs will be calculated by our shipping partner automatically at the time of check out. We may occasionally bare the cost of shipping on special occasions and the quantity of order, but it will be completely depend on the management’s decision based on circumstances.
I placed my order but I have not received it, what's going on?
In case your order is delayed for over 5 days, please contact us immediately with your order number and date of purchase. If there has been an error from our side, we will contact you back and resolve the issue by either returning the cost or providing you with a replacement product. In case the product is returned because of unavailability of the customer, we will either return the money deducting the processing fees or re send you the product depending on your request.
